Driver's Licence and Age: Minimum 2 years of valid national or international driver's licence and 21 years of 1st group (B,C,D), 24 years of age and 2 years of driving licence for 2nd group (F) and 3rd group (H,K, M, P).

Rental Period: Minimum rental is one day. Special rates are applied for long term rentals.

Rates: Rates include oil, maintenance, third party insurance (up the limits), 15% Value Added Tax (V.A.T.) is excluded and gasoline paid by the client. Chauffeur-driven cars and guide available upon request. Luggage rack available at DM 15 per day upon request. Child seats are also available within 48 hours of notice. Supplied at DM 15 per day.

Payment: The estimated cost of rental is payable at the time of delivery of the car (minimum DM 300) and the final adjustment is made on completion of rental. Each additional hour up to 3 hours will be charged at 1/3 of the rate applied. Any fraction is excess of 3 hours will be computed as a full day. No deposit required from the holders of authorized credit cards (Visa, Eurocard, Visacard.)

Insurance: Client's liability for collision damage for 1st group is limited up DM 19.000, for 2nd group DM 27.000, for 3rd group DM 34.500 per accident. This can be waived at 1.500.000 TL per day for 1st group (B,C,D), 2.000.000 TL for 2nd group (F), 2.500.000 TL for 3rd group (H,K, M, P). Insurance does not cover tyre punctures, windscreen or headlight breakages and theft of spare tyre. This can be waived at 600.000 TL per day for 1st group, 800.000 TL per day for 2nd group, and 1.000.000 TL per day for 3rd group. Insurance does not cover the damage due to misuse of car. Detachable cassette players in vehicles are not included in the terms of this comprehensive policy. Should one be stolen the hirer will be liable and will pay for its replacement.

However, if the car is driven; under the influence of alcohol and drugs, above the legal speed limits, and the traffic and the alcohol report is not sent to the nearest Avrasya Office within 24 hours, CDW is considered void, the driver is kept responsible for damage. In the position of unaccepting CDW an accident unreporting, the damage and rental charges, time passing through the repairment, is taken from the client.

If CDW is not accepted and in the event of theft of the vehicle, if the vehicle is found witihn 45 days, the lessee is responsible to pay for the rental charges up to the date the vehicle is found. If the vehicle is not found in 45 days, the lessee is responsible to pay the current value of the vehicle.

Request for additional driver must be made to our office at the beginning of rental. Otherwise, in case of an accident, if the second driver name is not written, the client is responsible for the damage. Additional Driver Charge is 15 DM per day. (For each driver)

Personel Accident Insurance: Available at 750.000 TL per day for all groups.

Delivery and Collection: Free delivery and collection is serviceable within city limits at Avrasya office working hours. Delivery and collection outside city limits of Avrasya stations are charged at 0.30 DM/km. to the nearest Avrasya station For less than 3 day rentals, one-way drop-off charge is DM 150.

Traffic Fines: Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations incurred during the rental period are charged to the client.
